ElevenLabs is the company behind some of the most realistic AI voice generation technology available. Their text-to-speech, voice cloning, and AI dubbing products are used by creators, developers, and businesses around the world.
When they brought us in, they had just closed their $80M Series B funding round and were scaling rapidly. The product was leading the market — search performance needed to catch up.
The challenge
Despite being a market leader in AI voice technology, ElevenLabs' organic search performance for their most commercially valuable keywords was below where it should have been. Competing brands with weaker products were ranking higher for terms like 'text to speech' — costing real revenue every day.
The brief: get the rankings, traffic, and conversions to match the quality of the product.
What we did
We worked across three connected workstreams — content authority, on-page optimisation, and technical performance. None of them work in isolation; all three together produced the result.

Built target lists of AI influencers, technology bloggers, and creator-focused publications, then ran a mixed email and direct outreach campaign to earn high-authority backlinks. The result: real editorial mentions from sites that mattered to the AI search landscape.

Completely redesigned and rewrote the key commercial landing pages, including the core "text-to-speech" page. Focused on search intent, scannable structure, and pages that actually converted visitors into users — not just pages that ranked.

Identified opportunities to move page rendering from client-side to server-side. The result: faster load times, better Core Web Vitals, and content that's properly indexable by both search engines and AI crawlers.
