What you spend on adverts isn’t included. You pay Google and Facebook for your adverts directly, every month, just as you would if you ran them yourself.

Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, including a website if you need one. 3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice.

Month 4 is on us
On the kickoff call we agree goals from your own numbers and put them in writing. If we haven’t hit them by the end of month 3, you pay us nothing in month 4 while we put it right. It’s our fee that’s waived; advert spend goes to Google and Facebook, so it never comes to us.

While you’re with us, we won’t run adverts for another firm in your trade in your area.

What does a marketing agency for contractors do?
We bring in enquiries for your business. RareBear runs your Google and Facebook adverts, checks every enquiry and texts it to your phone, and looks after your website, your Google Business Profile and your social media. You get on with the work; we keep the phone ringing with the jobs you want.

How much does it cost?
One flat monthly fee, set by the services you want and the advert budget you run. You can have a full package or a single service, such as just Google adverts. Answer a few quick questions on our plan page and we’ll show you the plan and price that fit. We are not VAT registered, so the price is what you pay.

Is the money spent on adverts included?
No. What you spend on adverts is paid straight to Google and Facebook, the same as if you ran them yourself. Each plan says which advert budget it suits, and we set the right budget with you once we’ve seen your numbers on the call.

How quickly can my adverts be running?
Usually within 5 working days of you sending us the photos, access and information we ask for.

Will you work with other firms in my trade near me?
No. We take one client per trade per area. While you’re with us, we won’t run adverts for your competitor down the road.

What if it doesn’t work?
We agree goals with you before you sign, using your own numbers: enquiries a month, jobs won and what an enquiry should cost. If we haven’t hit them by the end of month 3, month 4 of our fee is on us while we put it right.

How is this different from Checkatrade, Bark or MyBuilder?
Those sites list you alongside other trades, and on some the same enquiry goes to several firms at once. With RareBear the adverts are yours, in your name, and every enquiry they bring in comes to you alone.

How long is the contract?
Three months to start, then it rolls on with 30 days’ notice either way.

We work with contractors and trade firms across the UK. We’re based in Hunstanton, Norfolk, and know Norfolk, Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire best, but the adverts can cover whichever towns you work in.
