SEO for contractors
SEO for tradesmen, done for you
SEO is the work that helps you show up in Google’s normal results and on Maps when someone near you searches for your trade. GEO does the same for AI tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers. We do that work for you, alongside the adverts that bring in enquiries straight away.

The work we do
-
Your Google Business Profile
The listing that shows on Google Maps. We set it up or sort it out: the right categories, your services, the towns you cover, photos and regular updates.
-
Reviews
A simple way to ask every customer for a Google review, and replies to the ones you get. Reviews are one of the first things customers look at.
-
Pages for your jobs and towns
A page on your website for each job you want more of and each town you cover, written for the way your customers search.
-
Your details, the same everywhere
Your business name, address and phone number matching on your website, your Google profile and the directories that list trades.
-
The technical side
A fast website that Google can read properly, with the behind-the-scenes information that tells search engines what you do and where.
-
GEO: the places AI tools look
AI tools build their answers from websites, reviews and listings around the web. We work on what they read about you, so you’re better placed when someone asks one for a trade near them.
-
Plain reporting
What’s changed, what people searched for and what came in, in plain words.
It works best alongside the rest: Google and Facebook adverts bringing in enquiries, every one checked and texted to your phone. See everything we do for trades.
SEO for your trade
Each trade’s customers search differently. Here’s the SEO work we do for each.

Our promises to you
Plenty of trades have been burned by marketing firms. So here’s where we stand, in writing.
-
Month 4 is on us
On the kickoff call we agree goals from your own numbers and put them in writing. If we haven’t hit them by the end of month 3, you pay us nothing in month 4 while we put it right. It’s our fee that’s waived; advert spend goes to Google and Facebook, so it never comes to us.
-
One client per trade per area
While you’re with us, we won’t run adverts for another firm in your trade in your area.
-
Free setup
Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, and it includes a website if you need one.
-
Everything stays yours
Advert accounts are set up in your name. If you ever leave, the accounts and the website go with you.
Frequently asked questions
A few things people often ask. If you have other questions, just book a call.
-
What’s the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
Google Ads are the paid adverts at the top of Google: you pay when someone clicks, and they can bring in enquiries straight away. SEO is the work that helps you show up in the normal results and on Maps underneath, where you don’t pay per click. Most trades do best with both: adverts for enquiries now, SEO building up alongside them.
-
What is local SEO?
Local SEO is SEO aimed at the towns you work in: your Google Business Profile, your reviews, pages for each town and your details matching across the web. For a trade business it’s most of what matters.
-
What is GEO?
GEO stands for generative engine optimisation. It’s the work that helps AI tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers find and understand your business, so you’re better placed when someone asks one for a trade near them.
-
Can I have SEO on its own?
Yes. SEO, local SEO and GEO can be a single service, or part of a package with the adverts and your website. Answer a few questions on our plan page and we’ll show you the price for what you want.
-
Will you work with other firms in my trade near me?
No. We take one client per trade per area, so we’re never working to put your competitor down the road ahead of you.
