SEO for builders and construction companies
Construction SEO is the work that helps your firm show up when people search for the building work you want, from an extension to a commercial fit-out. Big jobs are researched for weeks, so there’s time for good pages to do their work. We build and run them for you.

Where SEO for construction companies starts
-
Project pages
A page for each finished project, with photos, the town and what you did. They show Google, and customers, the work you want more of.
-
A page for each service
Extensions, loft conversions, renovations, new builds, commercial work. People search for the job, not just “builder”.
-
Your Google Business Profile
Builder or construction company as the category, the services you offer, the towns you cover and a steady stream of project photos.
-
Reviews
The building firms we looked at near us typically have 3 Google reviews. A handful more puts you ahead of most of them.
-
Links from the right places
Suppliers, memberships and local press. A few relevant mentions of your firm do more than lots of irrelevant ones.

-
The technical side. A fast website that Google can read properly, with the behind-the-scenes information that tells search engines what you do and where.
-

How our pricing works
Straightforward, and the same rules for everyone. Answer a few quick questions and we’ll show you the plan and price that fit your business.
-
One flat monthly fee
You pay us the same each month, set by the services you want and the advert budget you run. No hidden extras.
-
No VAT
We’re not VAT registered, so the price you see is what you pay.
-
Advert spend is separate
What you spend on adverts isn’t included. You pay Google and Facebook for your adverts directly, every month, just as you would if you ran them yourself.
-
Free setup
Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, including a website if you need one. 3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice.
Our promises to you
Plenty of trades have been burned by marketing firms. So here’s where we stand, in writing.
-
Month 4 is on us
On the kickoff call we agree goals from your own numbers and put them in writing. If we haven’t hit them by the end of month 3, you pay us nothing in month 4 while we put it right. It’s our fee that’s waived; advert spend goes to Google and Facebook, so it never comes to us.
-
One client per trade per area
While you’re with us, we won’t run adverts for another firm in your trade in your area.
-
Free setup
Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, and it includes a website if you need one.
-
Everything stays yours
Advert accounts are set up in your name. If you ever leave, the accounts and the website go with you.
Frequently asked questions
A few things people often ask. If you have other questions, just book a call.
-
Is SEO worth it for a construction company?
For most building firms, yes, alongside adverts. A single job can be worth tens of thousands, customers research for weeks, and good project pages keep working long after they’re written.
-
Can you do SEO for commercial construction work?
Yes. Commercial buyers search for sectors, accreditations and past projects, so we build pages around those.
-
What’s the difference between SEO and Google Ads?
Google Ads are the paid adverts at the top of Google: you pay when someone clicks, and they can bring in enquiries straight away. SEO is the work that helps you show up in the normal results and on Maps underneath, where you don’t pay per click. Most trades do best with both.
-
Can I have SEO on its own?
Yes. SEO, local SEO and GEO can be a single service or part of a package with adverts and a website. Answer a few questions on our plan page and we’ll show you the price for what you want.
