Before building the audit, we looked up every trade business with a website between Norwich, Peterborough and Lincoln. The typical one has 6 Google reviews, and 1 in 8 had a website a customer would give up on. Most businesses are easier to beat online than they think.

What does a website audit check?
Ours checks three things: your Google listing and reviews, and whether you show up when someone nearby searches for what you do; your website, including how fast it loads on a phone and whether it turns visitors into calls; and whether AI tools like ChatGPT or Google’s AI name you when someone asks.

Is it a free SEO audit as well?
It covers the parts of SEO that matter most to a local business: your Google listing, your reviews, how you show up in local searches and how your website performs. A full technical SEO audit of a large website is a bigger job we do as paid work.
