How your customers find a heating engineer
They pick up their phone and search. These are the kinds of things they type, and our adverts show you when they do.
- boiler repair near me
- heating engineer in [your town]
- new boiler installation
- boiler service
- oil boiler engineer
- heat pump installer
What they check before they ring
-
Gas Safe, front and centre
Only Gas Safe registered engineers can legally do gas work, and customers check. Your registration goes on your adverts and website.
-
Oil and heat pumps
If you’re OFTEC registered for oil or MCS certified for heat pumps, that goes up front too. Plenty of rural homes are on oil.
-
Reviews
When the heating’s off, people ring whoever looks reliable. Recent Google reviews do that.
When the work comes in
Breakdowns spike when the weather turns cold; the warmer months are when people plan new systems. Adverts can follow that, and servicing reminders help fill the quiet weeks.

Websites for tradesSEO and GEO for heating engineers

SEO for tradesWhat we do for heating engineers
Everything a heating business needs to keep the phone ringing, run for you.
-
Adverts that bring in enquiries
Google Ads put you at the top of Google when someone near you searches for your trade. Meta ads show you to homeowners in your area on Facebook and Instagram. We make the adverts, run them and keep improving them.
-
Every enquiry checked and texted to you
The form your customers fill in screens out the jobs you don’t want, so what lands on your phone has already been sorted. New enquiries are texted to you the moment they come in.
-
More of the jobs you want
Plenty of firms are busy already, just with the wrong jobs. You tell us which work you want more of, and we aim the adverts at it.
-
Your own page with every enquiry
Every call and form enquiry is tracked, so you can see what came in, what it cost and which advert brought it.
-
A website, free if you need one
If you haven’t got a website, we build one. If you have, we tidy it up. It’s hosted for as long as you’re with us, and it stays yours.
-
Google, Maps and AI search
SEO is the work that helps you show up in Google’s normal results and on Maps. GEO does the same for AI tools like ChatGPT. We work on your Google Business Profile, your website and the places these tools look, so you’re better placed when someone searches.
-
Social posts that show you’re busy
Regular posts on Facebook and Instagram, so anyone who looks you up can see real work and a business that’s trading.

How our pricing works
Straightforward, and the same rules for everyone. Answer a few quick questions and we’ll show you the plan and price that fit your business.
-
One flat monthly fee
You pay us the same each month, set by the services you want and the advert budget you run. No hidden extras.
-
No VAT
We’re not VAT registered, so the price you see is what you pay.
-
Advert spend is separate
What you spend on adverts isn’t included. You pay Google and Facebook for your adverts directly, every month, just as you would if you ran them yourself.
-
Free setup
Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, including a website if you need one. 3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice.
Our promises to you
Plenty of trades have been burned by marketing firms. So here’s where we stand, in writing.
-
Month 4 is on us
On the kickoff call we agree goals from your own numbers and put them in writing. If we haven’t hit them by the end of month 3, you pay us nothing in month 4 while we put it right. It’s our fee that’s waived; advert spend goes to Google and Facebook, so it never comes to us.
-
One client per trade per area
While you’re with us, we won’t run adverts for another firm in your trade in your area.
-
Free setup
Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, and it includes a website if you need one.
-
Everything stays yours
Advert accounts are set up in your name. If you ever leave, the accounts and the website go with you.
Frequently asked questions
A few things people often ask. If you have other questions, just book a call.
-
Can you advertise oil and heat pump work as well as gas?
Yes, as long as you hold the right registration for each. We put your registrations where customers can see them.
-
Can adverts help fill the summer?
Yes. Summer is when people plan new systems and book services, so we aim the adverts at the work you want in the quieter months.
-
Can I pause adverts when I’m fully booked?
Yes. Tell us and we turn them down. There’s no point paying for enquiries you can’t take on.
-
How much does it cost?
One flat monthly fee, set by the services you want and the advert budget you run. You can have a full package or a single service, such as just Google adverts. Answer a few quick questions on our plan page and we’ll show you the plan and price that fit. We are not VAT registered, so the price is what you pay.
-
Will you work with other firms in my trade near me?
No. We take one client per trade per area. While you’re with us, we won’t run adverts for your competitor down the road.
-
What if it doesn’t work?
We agree goals with you before you sign, using your own numbers: enquiries a month, jobs won and what an enquiry should cost. If we haven’t hit them by the end of month 3, month 4 of our fee is on us while we put it right.
