What a roofer’s website needs

  • Real before-and-after photos

Your own roofs, before and after. Roofing is bought on proof, and customers can tell stock photos.

  • Repairs and replacements apart

A leak call and a full re-roof are different customers. Each gets its own page and its own enquiry questions.

  • Guarantees and memberships

Insurance-backed guarantees, NFRC or CompetentRoofer, where people can see them.

  • A storm-ready enquiry form

It asks what’s happened and how urgent it is, so storm calls stand out when they’re texted to you.

  • Proof you’re local

The towns you cover, your reviews and jobs nearby, because people want a roofer who’ll still be around next year.

Our own research

Roofers near us, in numbers

10% of the roofers we checked had a website that wouldn’t load, had no padlock or showed a browser warning. A customer who hits one of those rings the next name on the list.

What your website does, for every roofer

  • Turns visitors into enquiries. Your phone number and an enquiry form on every page, easy to use on a mobile, which is where most of your customers will be.

  • Screens out the jobs you don’t want. The enquiry form asks the questions that filter out work you don’t do or places you don’t go, so what reaches your phone has already been sorted.

  • Texts every enquiry to you. New enquiries are texted to your phone the moment they come in, and every call and form is tracked so you can see where it came from.

  • Shows your real work. Your own photos, your reviews and your registrations, such as Gas Safe, NICEIC or FENSA, where customers can see them.

  • A page for each job you want. Pages about the work you want more of and the towns you cover, so someone searching for that job lands on a page about exactly that.

  • Built for Google. Fast, set up properly for search engines and linked to your Google Business Profile. SEO is the work that helps you show up in Google, and it starts with a site built the right way.

How our pricing works

Straightforward, and the same rules for everyone. Answer a few quick questions and we’ll show you the plan and price that fit your business.

  • One flat monthly fee

You pay us the same each month, set by the services you want and the advert budget you run. No hidden extras.

  • No VAT

We’re not VAT registered, so the price you see is what you pay.

  • Advert spend is separate

What you spend on adverts isn’t included. You pay Google and Facebook for your adverts directly, every month, just as you would if you ran them yourself.

  • Free setup

Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, including a website if you need one. 3-month minimum, then 30 days’ notice.

Our promises to you

Plenty of trades have been burned by marketing firms. So here’s where we stand, in writing.

  • Month 4 is on us

On the kickoff call we agree goals from your own numbers and put them in writing. If we haven’t hit them by the end of month 3, you pay us nothing in month 4 while we put it right. It’s our fee that’s waived; advert spend goes to Google and Facebook, so it never comes to us.

  • One client per trade per area

While you’re with us, we won’t run adverts for another firm in your trade in your area.

  • Free setup

Setup is free when you sign up for 3 months, and it includes a website if you need one.

  • Everything stays yours

Advert accounts are set up in your name. If you ever leave, the accounts and the website go with you.

Frequently asked questions

A few things people often ask. If you have other questions, just book a call.

  • Can the website help after a storm?

Yes. A storm-damage page and an urgent option on the enquiry form mean those calls come through clearly, and the adverts pointing at it can be turned up for a few days after bad weather.

  • Do you have results for roofers?

One roofing and exteriors company spent £4k on Google and Facebook adverts and made £180k of work from the jobs they brought in. The figures come from the client’s own records, converted from US dollars.

  • Is the website really free?

Yes, when you sign up for 3 months on any plan. It’s part of free setup, and hosting is included for as long as you’re with us. If you ever leave, the website and your domain go with you (we ask for 60 days’ notice and any outstanding bills settled).

  • I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not necessarily. We look at what you have first, and our free audit checks it for you. If it works, we tidy it up and add what’s missing, such as a proper enquiry form and tracking. If it would hold you back, we build a new one.
